She ain’t the lady kind but she drinks seven dollar wine.” A lyric from her first ever upcoming single “She Ain’t The Lady Kind” due to be released sometime in the next year, this is the perfect line to represent the women under the two dollar bill. Ariana is a singer-songwriter out of Little Elm, Texas who has spent the past 10 years soaking up the Texas Country Music Scene like a sponge. She tells her stories and lies with no real distinction of the two, leaving you to wonder at the end of one of her shows if she is actually The Lady Kind, a women named Georgiana from the 1940’s, or just a Pretty Hot Mess as her koozies say. Her unique style of storytelling tends to give you a glimpse of what’s under one of those feathered hats she is infamously known for wearing.

Always one of the boys this whiskey drinking woman can make you fall in love, order three drinks at last call, reflect, stare at the man on the moon, write your bucket list, or find yourself taking a trip to the Hill Country trying to get a “River Drunk” with her clear vocal precision.

Music is like a fresh breath of air in her lungs and without it she doesn’t know where she would be. Her sound is a mix of gospel and country which is where her roots are in the church. Her “why” is so that she can see others experience the love and hope of Jesus as she has during the good and tough times. She wants others to feel a “God hug” through her music and songwriting to let them know he hasn’t forgotten them. They are not alone and they never have been.
